Travel like you’ve found the key.
Some travelers seem to glide. The room is better than the one they booked, breakfast is simply taken care of, and the hotel was expecting them by name. They are not paying more. They book through an advisor. BeVvip is that desk, at the same rates as booking direct, with no membership to buy.
Base Camp is the key.
One quiet conversation, five atlases deep. Tell the Guide the trip you are circling. A few nights at a hotel you already love books in minutes at the direct rate, amenities attached. A jet circuit, a season at sea, a string of villas: those it frames beautifully, then hands to your advisor with the thinking already done.
A hotel for the weekend, or a year that answers to no one.
Nearly every request that reaches us is one of two kinds. We keep a desk for each, and the same standard at both: the rate you would pay anyway, and treatment you would not get on your own.
The Hotel Desk
Name the property, or let the Guide shortlist three that fit. We book at the same rate as the hotel’s own site, with the Virtuoso amenities written into the reservation before you travel.
- Property credit, typically $100 to $300 a stay
- Breakfast for two, every morning
- A confirmed upgrade when inventory allows
- First Priority upgrade consideration at select houses
The Itinerary Desk
A private jet circuit with a week at sea in the middle. Four villas across a winter. A world cruise, and the question of which cabin on which deck. These are designed, not booked. Your advisor leads, and the atlases follow.
- One advisor, start to finish, on a first-name basis
- Preferred-partner access across jets, yachts, and expeditions
- Pre and post extensions, transfers, and the quiet details
- Pricing confirmed in writing before you commit

Five private atlases. The entire upper end of travel, charted.
We built our own maps because the ones that existed sold placement, not judgment. Each atlas is complete for its world and updated as the inventory moves. Wander them yourself, or let the Guide read all five at once.
The Hotel Atlas
Two and a half thousand of the world’s finest stays in photorealistic 3D. Orbit the globe, land on a roofline, and see exactly where the suite faces.
The Yacht Atlas
The great hotel houses, now at sea. Every sailing charted by region, port, and date, so the Riviera in June is a decision rather than a search.
The Jet Atlas
Around the world by private jet, region by region. The grand circumnavigations and the shorter circuits that make a continent feel composed.
The Expedition Atlas
Antarctica to the high Arctic, Galápagos to the Amazon. Every serious operator on earth, mapped, for when comfort should travel somewhere wild.
The World Cruise Atlas
The grand voyages, charted port by port and day by day, from embarkation to homecoming. Fifty days to two hundred and forty five, for the year you decide the calendar works for you.
The houses already know us.
Virtuoso preferred relationships at more than 2,500 properties worldwide. When we call, it is a name they recognize, and that recognition transfers to you at check-in.
Four Seasons · Aman · Rosewood · Belmond · Mandarin Oriental · One&Only · Ritz-Carlton · St. Regis · Oetker Collection · Cheval Blanc · Six Senses · Raffles · Peninsula · Waldorf Astoria · Langham · Anantara
If the name matters to you, we almost certainly have the relationship. Ask the Guide, or ask us.
The atlases chart everything. We know which of it is yours.
An atlas can show you every suite, every sailing, and every departure. It cannot tell you which corner room hears the church bells at six, which expedition leader is worth the season, or which lodge photographs better than it lives. That judgment comes from thousands of personal contacts and from having been there ourselves.
An algorithm can rank hotels. It cannot remember that you will not take a ground-floor room, that your husband sleeps late, or that the anniversary is the real reason for the trip. In an age of synthetic recommendations, an advisor who has actually been there is the rarest amenity of all.
